Your Spouse Is The Most Valuable Person

Marrying the woman you love is good. But loving the woman you married, now that is special. Someone said “A happy man marries the woman he loves. But a happier man loves the woman he marries.”

Your spouse is the Most Valuable Person in your life: Always treat your spouse better, more respectful and more courteous than you treat your friends and everyone else except God. Treating friends, family, co-workers and
strangers better, more respectful and more courteous than you treat your spouse dishonors your spouse and God

EVERY MARRIED MAN MUST READ THIS - A LESSON FOR THE MEN

Dear Men,
While 99% of men pray and look for a woman who can be a ‘’helper’’ to them, This Man,
David Meyer, prayed for a Woman he could help. The very first time he ever met Joyce and tried speaking to her, she gave him an aggressive sarcastic response which obviously drives many guys away, but not a man who knows what he wants.
Sexually and emotionally abused by her own Father from the age of six for fifteen years, with her mother once walking in on them, her husband on top of their only 14year old daughter then, walked out and came back 2 hours later and acted as though she hadn’t been nor seen anything at all, Joyce had it all. At 18 years of age, Running off with the first guy that ever showed interest in her, a guy who ended up being an abusive manipulator and a con, experiencing a miscarriage and being abandoned with her first child, at 22 Joyce returns home to the abusive Dad who is happy to have her back for his wicked sexual pleasures.
Uneducated, Depressed, grumpy, unhappy, verbally abusive and bitter, nothing was worse enough to give Dave, a qualified engineer, reason enough to take off or reason enough not to marry this girl of his dreams and only five Dates after meeting her, he married her.
Grooming her in Christ, simply by his unwavering love and patience for her, then believing in the great person she could become, David took all his savings and put his wife on TV, fully convinced she had a Message that could help many around the Globe and that’s despite experiencing so much pain in his patience with her, on her path to spiritual, emotional and mental healing from all the abuse she had endured since the age of six, well, although she also helped make the journey easier on him as she had a teachable heart. Fully aware of her many weaknesses, he still loved her enough to believe in her and show her to the World, building one of the greatest organizations in the World, love beyond the veil.
They have been married for 40 years. Joyce trying to gratefully describe her husband says of him; he has a reverential fear of God and a man that has loved me as Christ loves His Church, UNWAVERING .
Who doesn’t know Joyce Meyer? How many of you have heard David Meyer speak or seen him on stage?
Now, such a man is qualified to teach qualified Leadership, he is unselfish, serious and admirable.
If you can manage to raise into greatness your own home, especially your own Wife, then you are a LEADER indeed. It is sad to note that, Too many guys in our generation are busy looking for a woman who can be their ladder and support on their way to their ambitious ‘wherever’. Where are the real men? Those looking for someone they can help, raise, polish and invest in with no strings attached? Will a woman ever believe in Love simply because you crossed her path? What memories are you leaving with the women whose paths you cross? Have you stood for Unwavering Love, Focus and integrity? Will you be man enough and stop looking for finished products, later boast about winning them, then ending up abusing her?
FYi: We are all broken in one way or another, including you.
I’m so sick and tired of men posting and talking about how and what women should be and shouldn’t be, things like, how to keep a man, how to win your man back and a whole lot of junk I keep seeing and hearing about women from especially men. It also looks like, Blogs, posts and books by especially men telling women how to sustain a relationship or marriage have much followership of both men and women, than anything ever advising men on how to handle and treat women. It seems like Women are usually to blame for most of the ills in the World and are the ones with a lot to learn when it comes to sustaining ‘’relationships
’’ and ‘’marriages’’, according to most Posts I have been observing for some time, here on social media, Churches, clubs and many other places. How I wish men could start challenging each other on how to better treat women instead.
I thought, I dedicate a few of my posts to Men especially and show you what women also wish men would be like for a better World.

HOW TO PUT SMILE ON YOUR SPOUSE'S FACE - A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

Do you know that you can still put a smile on your spouse's face even when he/she is very sad and angry?
Yes, you can!
Read the below
story to learn from their experience. What an interesting true love story!
He walked in the house only to find his wife angry, deflated, moody, irritable, frowning and with a long face.

"Hey love" he greeted her as he placed the newspaper on the table.

"Hey" she said with a dull tone. She was struggling to remove her shoes.

"You've just arrived?" He asked her as he went to the kitchen to drink a glass of water.

"Yes" she answered.

"The kids?" he asked.

"They are upstairs. Changing clothes and taking a bath" she answered as she stood up dragging her feet to place her shoes at the corner near the door.

"Are you OK?" He asked her.

"Yes" she answered.

"No you're not. You don't sound and look OK. Come on. Talk to me?" He asked as he moved closer to her.

"Aah! You and your many questions. Can't you just let me be? I have had a really bad day and I am not in the mood" she said.

He looked at her as she walked past him and went to the kitchen where she banged things in the sink.

"What are you doing? You want to start cooking?" He asked her as he followed her.

"What does it look like I am doing? Some of your questions are childish. Too much" she told him.

"Don't start cooking now. Come. Let's go to the bedroom" he requested, grabbing her hand.

"It's late. I need to start cooking or the kids will sleep late. I have no time" she declined.

"Just come. Please" he pleaded.

"If it's sex. I am not in the mood" she told him off as she reached in the kitchen cabinet to pick up a packet of rice.

"My love. Please" he pleaded reaching out for her hand.

She gave him her hand. He held her by the waist as they climbed up the staircase.

They entered inside the bedroom. He closed the bedroom door.

"Will you join me for a moment of worship? Let's kneel and worship God for a few minutes" he requested.

They both knelt on the floor and started to worship. He started singing and she joined him.

They broke out into whispers to God. She started crying as she fixed her eyes on Jesus. She shook her head side to side, clapping, lifting hands, deep in worship.

"Honey, talk to God about what happened today. Tell Him about your long day" he whispered to her.

Her lips moved. No sound from her lips. Eyes closed. Tears flowing down her cheeks.

A smile returned back to her face.

She held his hands and prayed.

"Thank You my Heavenly Father for Your throne of grace and mercy, for lifting up my burdens, for being my rock. Thank You for giving me such an amazing husband who reminds me of worship when life's issues overwhelm me, who points me back to You when I am busy focusing on the meaningless struggles of earthly life, my career and the hustle and bustle that can easily distract. This is what I love to do, to lift up Your name no matter how good or bad my day is. And as I worship You, I feel better, You lift up my countenance, I gain back strength, I smile again, You sort things out. I will not worry. Forgive me for how I treated my husband earlier when all he was trying to do is to care for me. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen" she prayed.

"Amen" he concluded the prayer with her.

He kissed her forehead.

"You look and sound much better. I forgive you Darling. Life has it's ups and downs. You may not feel like talking to me sometimes, but please, talk to God. Let everything else wait, talk to God. Don't be so busy living life when worship awaits you" he told her.

She moved closer to him and kissed his lips passionately.

They sat on the bedroom floor, his back leaning on the bed, she leaning on him as they kissed some more.

They cuddled. There.

She opened up to him and told him all the struggles she had during the day. How she got into a misunderstanding
g with mother, how things didn't go as planned, the pressure at work, the car accident she had driving home, the amount of duties in need of her attention at home.

She felt safe in his arms. Laughing. Smiling.

"OK Honey, let's go cook. I will help you cook" he told her.

They got up.

Walked downstairs to the kitchen.

They made jokes and sung as they cooked.

Their children watched mom and dad in a good mood and joined them.

Dinner was ready much faster and it was more fun making it.

They ate as a family.

Went to bed peaceful and happy ready for a new day.

Worship is powerful. Lifting up the Lord, does wonders in you. Pause for a while. Take a moment to worship. You will be better, your marriage and home will be touched by God.

Focus on the God who doesn't change, not your temporary situations.

HOW TO KEEP THE LADY YOU ARE DATING

Do you love your girl and you don't want another man to snatch her from you? Then do the following things:
1. Give her plenty of attention. If you give her attention, she will not seek for attention elsewhere. Chat with her online via social media or else another man will.

2. Give her listening ears whenever she is speaking to you. Avoid pressing your phone or reading a newspaper when your girl is talking to you.

3. Do not promise her and fail. Do not promise her what you cannot do. It is better for you to say you don't have than to promise and fail.

4. Do not be stingy. Avoid telling her that you don't have, you don't have all the time.

5. Be caring. To be caring does not only mean you should be giving her money. There are many ways of showing care; e.g show concern whenever she is sad or in problems; be by her side when she is in problems, do not abandon her in her days of sorrow.

6. Tell her daily that she is beautiful.

7. Tell her daily that you love her.

8. Play with her and joke with her daily.

9. Don't be too hard and don't be too soft. Scold her a little, and pet her a little. Do not over pet or over scold.

10. Love her siblings, and respect her parents.

11. Appreciate her when she helps you to do something.

12. Allow her to advise you, seek her suggestions and respect her opinions.

13. Respect her.

14. Do not take her for granted.

15. Do not cheat on her.

16. Play with her hairs

17. kiss her on her forehead, cheek and neck. It will pass a good message to her.

18. Let her sit on your lap sometimes.

HOW TO BUILD TRUST IN YOUR MARRIAGE.

Trust in marriage is a firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of your spouse. ow to build trust in your marriage.
You will agree with me that distrust can bring in problem in any healthy marriage.

Below are some tips on how to build trust in your marriage.

1. If you want your spouse to trust you be trustworthy. Be where you said you would be.

2. Do what you said you would do. Keep no secret. Tell nothing but the truth always.

3. Be completely honest and open with your spouse. Never give your spouse reason to doubt you.

4. Be a man or woman of his word. Trust is earned not demanded.

5. If you know that you did something wrong that hurt your husband or wife humble yourself and apologize. If your spouse genuinely apologized, forgive him or her. No marriage can survive without constant forgiveness and apology.

7. The people you spend time with have great influence on the quality of your marriage. Be vigilant! Take inventory of your friends. Not everyone around you is trying to build or bless your marriage.

MARRIAGE IS LIKE A SHOE

I  have been able to understand that marriage is like a shoe. When you wear oversize, be ready to drag it along through out life, and when you wear under-size be ready to feel the pains through out life".
One thing about marriage is that you don't drop your shoe or
remove it at any point, no matter how painful or how stressful it is. That is why I thought it necessary to write you this letter.
Dear Singles,
When you are ready to buy your own shoe please take note of these three things:
1. PHYSICAL APPEARANCE : Do not look for the beautiful ones, the nice ones or the cheap ones. Look for the one that is your size. Not every handsome, wealthy or intelligent guy is for you, not every beautiful woman is for you. Look for the one that is meant for you, the one that aligns with your values and belief, the one who you meet at your life's journey. It is important to know where you're going in life before you think of getting a wife.
2. POSITION : All sizes of shoes are not placed in the same place. There is a place for court shoes, laced up shoes, sport footwear, snickers etc. We have Children sizes, young people's sizes and the adult sizes. Know where to get your own shoe. Your size cannot be everywhere my brother, your type cannot be everywhere my sister. You cannot be a Christian, and be looking for a wife material at a club. Your wife or husband can't just be everywhere. Stick to your values and therein you shall find someone like you, but when your values are not defined anyone can just match you. Discover yourself and define your values.
3. PERCEPTION : In this kind of shoe purchasing enterprise, you are not permitted to try the shoe before you buy. This is why it is important to seek guidance and counseling, from people who have bought shoes before or are into the business of directing people to the right shoes (Pastors and Relationship coaches). And most importantly to avoid much time wasting time, simply consult the SHOE MANUFACTURER to tell you your size (GOD ALMIGHTY ).
